I have been calling Norman 7 days a week. Leaving messages on his cell, office, email. No responce for weeks. Still have not completed my 2024 taxes. Can't get a loan from the bank for business needs because taxes are not filed.
As a newer company it was a nightmare trying to find someone to cover our accounting, let alone someone we could trust to do our taxes and keep us prepared. If you're like us, you'd rather eat a handful of scorpions than deal with the IRS. Norman has done a fantastic job lifting the weight off our shoulders. He keeps us updated and helps us make sure we are organized and prepared for the future.
Norman is a fantastic CPA. He prepared my 2024 tax return, as well as my mother's tax return accurately, promptly, and efficiently. Norman even met with me to explain my tax documents. I don’t know why but Norman just blew me off..I was recommended to him by a few people and as soon as I uploaded all my personal information to their client portal he just ghosted and never messaged me back. It’s been 2 months and still haven't heard anything. Very odd. Definitely don’t recommend this company at all.
