If I could go a zero I would. We had a RV loan with this company, never late on a payment. Now the loan is paid in full since May 2025 and we have been trying to get the GAP refund since June 2025. The RV dealership sent the refund to SourceOne at the beginning of June and we have been calling every week since then to get our money…. They always have excuses…. Didn’t get the check from the rv dealership, oh got the check but didn’t know where to set it … but they did have our address to send their monthly statement…. Very fr... read more
