I called and placed an order with Michael. He was very communicative and helpful. We were able to set up delivery time which was done in a timely manner. Items arrived in great condition.
Our complex purchased new chairs for our clubhouse. We received prompt courteous service from the original sales purchase on through to the delivery. The chairs were delivered when promised and the delivery people even helped remove the packaging and took it away. Most impressed!

Bought a used desk – overall, the experience was just okay. The price felt pretty steep for a clearance item, and while the delivery itself went fine, it showed up without any hardware. After that, getting proper follow-up was frustrating—I had to keep chasing Arwin for help, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in their after-sale support.
