Good experience from start to finish. I had looked up what I wanted before visiting the Burnaby showroom, and decided on the Enhance adjustable desk. Prior to buying, I wanted to see it in person to test how smooth it ran. I was greeted by Kitty in the showroom, who asked if I needed help with anything. I told her I knew I was after and wanted to test out the desk, which she was happy to let me investigate on my own.
