We have purchased chairs in the past for our business and had an issue where we needed a replacement part for a reception desk chair. I spoke with Sumit and Christine who were amazing in arranging for a replacement seat to be installed by one of their trusted technicians. I can't say enough about the great experience and support at the Brampton location. Great job. Keep up the good work.
