Excellent service. Found my bike cheaper after placing order and Source did a price match. Very fast response on help chat as well.
I had to change my last review any other time I’ve ordered parts from them. They’ve been so quick to contact back or send them out this time. I ordered parts on Sunday and I haven’t even heard from him now Thursday very disappointing. Maybe it’s just my phone, but the website is such a pain to try and contact them through. Like I said, I was really happy with the services before but after this time, I don’t know how often I’ll be using source compared to Albe’s.

A week later and my Parts have still not shipped. Worthless. I do not recommend!!! For 10 years I sold BMX parts on Ebay and Shipped items the Same day where most customers had their parts in 3 to 4 days. Not happy at all!!!! Called Customer service they assured me My parts would ship yesterday, today the order is still unfulfilled. What a Joke!!!
the website is weird bc i got tires before i got grips off them but the tires are taking longer then the grips. i paid more for the tires shipping
