I worked with this tax prep for about 4 yrs now. When I inquired this year I paid my deposit before the assistant Shree called asking if I were sure on moving forward with filing bc they don’t do quotes. I consented and said verbatim “Yes i I plan on filing”. The following week I got a refund from my deposit unknowingly. I called multiple times only to be told my phone call will be returned.
