Been trying to reach him for a while as he installed an intercom system and it doesnt work. He keeps saying he is busy and its been months of trying to reach him.
The guy Greg Solis is the worst service guy I've ever met. He installed a new camera for our office. We paid him labor and camera. The camera only has live video. But the camera does not log any footage. The other 3 cameras installed by another service provider work and log all the footage. Only his camera does NOT log at all. We had a burglar break-in yesterday with 2 broken windows at exactly the location of his camera and we have no video footage. When we called him to fix this.
