Tiffany is the real deal. I wasn’t sure about what sound healing would do for me or what kind of benefit I would gain from it. I had a beautiful and powerful experience of calm, and I think that was largely due to Tiffany’s personality and passion. She was incredible at holding space and making you feel safe for anything that came up. I would really recommend seeing her whether you’re looking for something a little more transformative or just a nice relaxing hour with some beautiful sounds. About a few weeks ago, I was treated to a sound bath. This experience was so refreshing, it truly felt like a way of therapy. Relaxation on a different level :)
I had never experienced a sound healing therapy before this and I was totally blown away at what Tif could do. I could literally feel the energy in my heart chakra being stuck and then she shifted it with the different techniques she used. The entire experience was deeply relaxing and very moving. I highly recommend anyone to see her and try this. You won’t be disappointed!
I've had several sessions with Tiffany, and I've enjoyed each time! She's very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I feel like the sessions put me into a deep meditation and I come out very relaxed. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for some alternative healing methods. It has helped with my anxiety immensely. I can't wait to go back!
