I recently experienced my first sound healing session which was truly surprising and can’t believe I haven’t done this before now. The atmosphere was serene, and the sound vibrations were incredibly soothing. The practitioner’s expertise and care created a safe space for relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated and balanced. I can’t recommend highly enough Andrea at Sounds Devine. I’ve experienced many healing modalities over the years and Andrea’s sound therapy is by far one of the best. I attended one of the Sound Bath Meditations and it was amazing! It was lovely to relax as the sounds soothed and calmed my body and mind. The set up is fantastic and Andrea is phenomenal. It was lovely to relax afterwards with some herbal tea and meet the other attendees. I highly recommend booking a session with Andrea at Sounds Divine.
