I can say I have met a professional audiologist and a great person who helped my father (who visited us from overseas) whose hearing aid was not working properly. We have approached Michael and without knowing the model number of the hearing aid he still was willing to help and made the first consultation complimentary. We went to the appointment and Michael fixed the issue. Thanks Michael really appreciate your great customer service and prompt response.
