I needed prescription hearing aids and went to the Sound Associates NW location in Crown Hill. Monette the patient coordinator was very courteous and helpful. Matthew the specialist was very informative and patience with my long list of questions. I felt very good with my eventual hearing aids of choice. Looking forward to getting them in 2 weeks+/-. This is Mark Friedman. We had an excellent experience last week. We were traveling and my Starkey charger stopped working. We called and talked to Monette. It was almost 5pm and she said that she would stay extra for us to come in. We went in the next day and she looked at the problem, analyzed it, and fixed it. She also had an extra cord which was very helpful. Thank you so much for doing this and letting us finish our vacation on a high note!
Came in with problems and questions about my hearing aids. They fixed the problems and answered all my questions quickly. If you have hearing loss, this is the best place to start.
