They answer all questions and provide solutions to issues. My hearing aids kept slipping out of my ears. On my last visit they diagnosed the problem and increased the size of the earmold for a better fit. That reduced the slipping out of my ears as well as improved my hearing and reduced feedback. Three improvements with one simple change. Wonderful! Thank you Sound Associates Northwest.
Monette and Lexi are the best. They really take the time to listen (pun intended) and work with you on your decisions. They show genuine concern and are always willing to go the extra mile and help.
Don’t have my hearing aids yet but can’t wait to get them. The staff was very helpful and informative. They answered my questions and took the extra time to make sure I understood what I was looking at in comparing the hearing aids.
Other than having a difficult time finding the place, this was a very positive experience. The Audiologist – whose name I have forgotten because I forget names – was friendly, informative, and told me some things I didn’t know about hearing aid technology. She also let me try on a pair of higher-end hearing aids that she had adjusted for me based on the hearing test she had administered. No hard sell on their models either. Just gave me price points, options, and info to take home and research. Very positive experience.
