The local Sound Associates is very helpful to us senior citizens that have hearing aids. I live in an assisted living facility and every month a Sound Associates hearing expert stops by and addresses hearing aid issues and performs routine maintenance( changes filters, etc) at no charge for residents that need help. I purchased my hearing aids from Sound Associates a few years ago. They recently sent me an invitation to stop by their facility to ensure they were working properly. FAST & EFFICIENT
Matt was very professional, have me all the information I needed to know. He did not push for any additional unescessary sales pitch. The lady at the front desk was courteous and helpful as well. I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family
Sound associates hearing was a wonderful place to have my hearing checked. The doctor was so nice and gave me good advice on hearing aids. I highly recommend them.
