I have had excellent service from this location. From initially testing, buying and periodically servicing my Starkey Hearing Aids.
Monnet and Lexi are the best. They really take the time to listen (pun intended) and work with you on your decisions.
I was pleased to find Sound Associates located so conveniently not far from home. I no longer drive and depend on (expensive) taxis to get around. The new hearing aides are a revelation. I hadn't realized just how much I wasn't hearing.
Super friendly and straightforward. Feels like a local care provider and not corporate.
I always have wonderful experience at Sound Associates. Monette, the office manager is always very warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Lexie, the HIS (Hearing Instrument Specialist) is great. She is an expert at what she does. She also is very friendly and easy to talk to.
