I have a unique physical condition (which I decline to describe here) which the staff took seriously. They worked with me to select and customize just the right new hearing aids.
I just got hearing aids and I must say I WAS thrilled with the treatment I experienced at Sound Associates. The staff is kind, professional, and so competent. I was nervous because these are my first hearing aids - - but they made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions, and fitted me so beautifully! I give them my highest recommendation and would send anyone there - - and I have already told all my friends, when it's time for hearing aids, go to Sound associates: THEY ARE TERRIFIC!

The previous audiologist in Crown Hill who had fitted me with my hearing aids was very personable and easy to work with. He has since retired, but my first meeting with the new audiologist was very positive and I look forward to working with them again.
Good place to get hearing aids.
