I was here for a hearing screening suggested by my PCP, and went here because it had good reviews and was close. The tech was great but I was not happy with the audiologist. She was rushed to the point of almost being kurt. When she saw that I was not a candidate for a hearing aid yet, it was like Ok bye see you later. I had to ask a lot of questions which she did answer, hurriedly. My insurance paid for this eval and I expected more information and professionalism.

I understand based on other reviews that they have provided great service at the Campbell location. But my review is strictly customer service. After calling and making an appointment, I was called a few days later by the SP assistant saying that I needed a referral before coming in to get evaluated for what I explained was ringing in my ear.
