Im a health insurance agent. I used to send alot of people to him. However it turns out he is listed in network with companies but will not honor the benefit. Then talks poorly about the companies based on his compensation. $$$$$$$$$. So only go if your wealthy and pay cash.
My husband recently fell and could not reach his phone in his pocket. Suddenly his phone rang and he rememberd Joe Wilson from Soundlife told him he could touch his hearing aid and answer his phone. It was our son-in-law calling to check on him. He was able to tell him he needed help and so the son-in-law was able to come over and help him up. Wonderful hearing aids!!
Pricing a little high for my liking, old provider was way lower due to a donation service but he is no longer in business. If i need it though at least the friendly staff confirmed my products were sold there.
Sound Life has been very helpful to my mom! Other places tried to scam her with hearing aids, NOT Sound Life, they are kind and truly care that she is able to hear. They do an extensive check of your ears and ask lots of questions about what type of situation you want to hear (lots of background noise, tv, etc). They checked what her insurance covered for us and how often she could get new hearing aids. They do a mold of your ear to make sure your device fits well.
