Brought in my turntable for repair. Was told it was simple and should be ready within a few days. When I contacted the owner to enquire on the progress, he patronised me telling me that if he didn't ring me there was nothing to tell. When I went back to the store 3 weeks later to check up on the progress, he told me he'd tried contacting me (he hadn't). Thieves. These people are criminals and should be ashamed of themselves. I took a pair of Bang & Olufsen Beovox speakers, that were left to me when my grandfather passed away, here to be serviced. As soon as i dropped them in, Covid hit and we went into lockdown. in that time i had a few calls from Bret that they were ready but we were in and out of lockdowns. i was unable to work so cash was super limited. i went into the store inbetween lockdowns to tell Bret that i was aware that they were ready but i just couldn't afford... read more
