Zero regard for being professional. Security is outright terrible, and even the train drivers will kick you off the train if they want for no reason just based on prejudice.
WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME
ABSOLUTELY the WORST experiences I've ever had on any form of public or private transit were ALWAYS with SOUND TRANSIT!
Most incompetent transit company ever, harassed paying customers for technicalities, while freeloaders suffer no consequences. Can't get trains to move on time to save their life. 40 plus minute delay southbound today, no explanation, no info shared, useless.
Clean and efficient! Love the stop and how there is security. I felt safe
