I highly recommend Sound Planning Group (SPG). The team at SPG (Cari, Ariana, Brandon, Caitlyn, and Loren) is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. After attending a Social Security 101 workshop and meeting Loren, I realized SPG could assist me with my plan towards financial security in my retirement years. Loren reviewed my current plan, took the time to understand my plan, and provided knowledgeable suggestions on how I could improve my goals. My retirement financial security plan has improved significantly with... read more

Wow! What a team and what an experience. From the minute my wife and I walked in the door we were treated as if we were the most important people around even though our needs and income are more modest than most. The staff who greeted us were extremely professional and personable. When meeting with our financial advisor, it was clear he knew our financial situation inside and out. He gave us expert advice that was clear and easy for us to understand. His knowledge and expertise and ability to convey how to maximize our finan... read more

My wife and I met with Loren Downs at Sound Planning Group to discuss retirement options and where we were financially. Loren spent over an hour with us discussing our options and how we could wisely move forward in retirement. His financial knowledge and willingness to share that information with us was extremely valuable and left us feeling very comfortable with our retirement plan. I believe he gave us very sound advice on moving forward with SSI and a plan that was personalized for us. I highly recommend Sound Planning G... read more

Have been a client of SPG for over six years. They have been great in not only managing our investments, but in looking out for ways to minimize taxes. And even helped with Medicare plans. A great full service company.

We have had the pleasure of working with Loren Downs and the phenominal staff at Sound Planning Group for a year and a half. We have been thoroughly impressed by their absolute integrity, flexibility, patience, expertise, caring, and listening skills. From the day we first engaged with SPG, they have made us feel like their most important client. Their quarterly State of the Market seminars are extremely informative and fun. We highly recommend SPG.
