SPG, Joe Duncan, Loren Downs, have been our advisors for the past 5 years. I can highly recommend them. SPG does a lot of educating with "State of the Market" evenings. They are helpful with retirement planning and Medicare planning. SPG has guided us very well over the past years going into retirement and going thru a legal separation, dividing all our assets. Value-based business: integrity and respect. The client is the entire family - they manage my spouse's accounts but provide advise and genuine care to me and even my adult daughter when she had a question. Everybody on the team is a pleasure to deal with with. We interact mostly with the front desk employees and the advisers. But there is a whole operation team in the background that you just know is as committed to the organization. The leadership takes care of the clients and the team.
Joe Duncan at SPG has been amazing! He has been there, walking me through many different issues, since November of last year! I feel I can call, email or text him and he responds quickly, no waiting days or weeks for a call back like some companies! Kudos to Joe!
