Not sure how into the weeds to go, here. Poor instructions from the start: “set up your profile on the portal and upload your documents.” Done. Then silence for weeks and weeks. An email the night of tax day- “I don’t have your SS number!! so now I have to file an extension!” (I’d like to point out here that my SS number WAS there as part of my profile.. not sure how else I was supposed to supply it, and there were no instructions to do so..?).
