After having a number of wonderful experiences with them for the past 4 years, they really dropped the ball this past time. It wasn’t me forgetting my password or changing it that was the problem as the business owner claims, it was my DVR sending out a false error that was causing me to be locked out of my account and system. I don’t think it’s ever okay, professional or appropriate for a business to pretend to be their customer to a manufacturer or at all. That’s the most I can say about this situation.
