I liked Jen, she cares about my hearing issues.
I was leaving on vacation over the holiday and my one hearing aid stopped working. I didn't have time to get to any of Sound Hearing locations so Virginia worked magic on Jennifer's schedule and Jennifer met me at the airport to replace and/or repair my hearing aid right at the terminal! Incredible! She fixed it right on the spot. I've never had any service provider go to the lengths that they did. I so appreciated what they did to assist me.
These hearing aids actually work. 3 years, same batteries, 14 hour charge. They say the new ones are even better. Thank you, Jennifer
