This is a great program offered by a great company. I was looking for something that was NOT a fad diet, but instead helps me to lose weight by changing my habits to be more healthy for a lifetime. This program fit the bill. They work with you to design a program that works for *you*, not a program that you have to fit into. They would make suggestions for healthier eating, for example. Good advice and consistent coaching. A gentle nudge when you are not feeling motivated, a kind word when you have really blown it, and always with a goal of helping find a new way that is easily sustainable. A good investment of time and resources.
