What a beautiful experience. Rachel is incredibly gifted and the journey she took us on was relaxing, healing, calming, spiritual and just so perfect. I practice mindfulness and meditation, but have never been in such a deep state of relaxation before. I felt that every level within me was aligned and open. Rachel came to our workplace and did a sound healing session for us after work. It was the best end to the day and really helped to unwind and detach before going home. All the attendees have asked if we can do it again.
