Such an amazing experience.
For my first experience, I was so glad I was refered to Alex. She was patient, calm and took the time to answer the myriad of questions I kept throwing at her :). Alex is a passionate healer and it shows in her work...a massive tick for enthusiasm...It did make a difference. p.s. just don't get her to say McDonalds...a joke.
After having sound healing with Alex, I felt like I had a lot of energy and was very calm , over the coming days I was more relaxed and happy. I would definitely recommend a session with Alex as she has a good understanding and awareness of the body
I have had 7 wonderful sound healing sessions with Alex. Alex is very empathic and I felt comfortable and safe. I was not sure about sound healing at the start and was pleasantly surprised how the sound touched and soften my emotions and stress. I have now had quite a few session and each one touches what I need.
