This was my first sound healing at this lovely space and it did not disappoint. Came in feeling anxious, tense and with a headache and left feeling calm, no headache and really at ease. Will not be the last time i visit, thank you for a wonderful end to the week xx
I always look forward to my sound healing sessions they’re a truly calming and restorative experience. I leave feeling relaxed, clear, and refreshed, and often even free from aches and pains. It’s an incredible reset for both body and mind.
Estelle offers a sound healing experience like no other. I have been to her sound immersions several times now and each one has proven to be incredibly grounding and deeply relaxing. I am keen to explore the one-on-one sessions in the future. She is a true professional with a calming energy and has amazing attunement to her clients.
