I find it really hard to "switch off" and I have tried a lot of different healing modalities. My first session with Estelle I completely zoned out and the sound bowls felt phenomenal. The 2 hour session with the massage and biofield tuning forks are well worth it. The more time I've spent with Estelle the more her intuition blows my mind. I had so much calm and clarity after my session but most importantly more positivity.
