To make payments you have to go in person. So imagine going all the way there in person (more than once), having no one available to take the payment and then having to come back AGAIN when your schedule allows, paying the LATE FEE for their lack of availability without even questioning it, just paying it, and them STILL reporting it to the credit bureau to lower credit score. Definition of insanity. A bank should have a teller at all times and honestly should have a form of online payment available.
Terrible business. Mistreatment of individuals with mental illness and special needs. I would not recommend them. They have no idea how to treat a regular human beings, let alone someone with needs.
