I was a lifelong customer with a credit union that was absorbed by SFCU and they have done nothing but push me out. Very disappointing being that I was on a first name basis with the credit union prior to this company coming into the mix.
Alex Cely was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain processes and financial terms thoroughly. His work ethic is outstanding as he was willing to work late and adjust his busy schedule to make things happy for me. I’m very thankful for him, specifically around the holiday season.

Great bank that assist its clients. I have my account with them and I am extremely happy with the service.
I am discouraged by my experience with Sound Federal Credit Union. I applied to a mortgage and found I had lowered credit due to missed car payments. This was a internal issue by sound in which I had everything set on auto pay and then they missed the payments and it significantly effected my credit. Now I have to deal with a credit score significantly worse than it should be and have a higher mortgage rate due to their negligence
