Sound Design TX was awesome to work with. They helped me get home audio system fixed up exactly how I wanted it and made the whole process easy. Everyone, from the office people to the guys that came out was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things without making it confusing. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and solid sound.
I was blown off multiple times by this company- took multiple days off to get a quote and was ghosted by the owner, himself.
Warning Label For This Company : I had my home built three years ago and the builder had Sound Design do the Low Volt wiring for the home. I met with the owner of Sound Design, Will, and we added an alarm system, a sound system throughout the house, a home movie theater, including automation for the shades, lights and music.
