I have been a long time SCU member and they have always been an incredible bank. Jasmine was incredible in helping answer any questions I had.
I was helped by Zachary with a loan application. Zachary was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the loan process, and the rates were fantastic. I'm glad I went with my friend's recommendation.
They have a terrible online experience and I would not recommend banking with them to anyone. It is 2023 and I have been a customer for 3 years. Their web payment system has barely worked for the entire time and they have not made any changes or updates to their system. Customer service is always nice and says their website will be getting an update soon.... I do not understand how they have stayed in business this long.
There is a 30 day hold on your money when you open an account so it’s worthless. If you deposit any money they refuse to let you take it out because of this policy. They make sure to not tell you this when you sign up for an account.
