I was greeted enthusiastically by the front of house team. They inquired about the purpose of my visit and invited me to wait for a representative. I was introduced promptly to the assistant branch manager, Michael Reid. He was extremely informative as he inquired about my banking needs and introduced Sounds services. My experience was "top notch" and I've already recommended a co-worker, Yvette open her account next.
Terrible customer service. Stopped by to exchange the coins and was turned away. Said: "We charge 10% for the coin deposit". "Your credit union is not in the shared branching". When in fact it is.
OKAY, BEST CREDIT UNION IN UNITED STATES! I don't write reviews usually unless I'm upset. I AM HAPPY! I have been going to banks and credit unions lately getting my life together. The experience has been exhausting because of the people I have been dealing with. That changed 20 minutes ago. My credit union representative that set up my account RASHI (is her name).
