You can tell so much about a company based on the employees that work there. I really mean no disrespect to the employees are humans (as I dont' know them) but from a work ethic perspective, I've had some pretty poor run ins. I set up an account online, they needed my ID, I went in to show it to them and while the branch is completely empty, Instead of the girl at the teller walking up to a manager she sat their messaging someone back & forth after their 15 min text conversation then she tells me there's nothing they can do.... read more
This is the best day ever. The people are so awesome and amazing and nice and very welcoming. My favorite banker is James. He is fast he’s efficient. He is so friendly and so welcome that he is the reason actually why I open my bank account here at our credit union. I am so thankful that I found this bank and I’m so happy. Thank you, James

Every time I go to the Puyallup branch I get exceptional customer service. This time Ryan helped me & he was amazing & so helpful!
Absolutely terrible experience. Tried to deposit some cash to pay rent in ATM and machine takes my money says I deposited nothing and that’s it. I call immediately panicking and of course they can’t do anything till the next day and can only call me while I’m at work. Now my rent is late. Also the customer service agent gave me no claim number or email or anything to follow up. I am sick with anger. I do not suggest this bank for anyone. Their ATMS are obsolete and customer service is terrible.
