I've always had good friendly customer service at this branch using it as a shared branch location. Now I will also enjoy the benefits of membership with the new savings account. I only utilize Credit Unions and avoid all corporate banks.
Horrible customer service. Spend 30 minutes on the phone to be directed to a branch. Spend 45 minutes at branch waiting for someone's lunch break to be over because apparently there is only one person capable of answering an account question.

Staff members are always courteous and helpful when I visit.
