Sound Credit Union has been a wonderful banking institution for my family for about 15 years. They make banking easy and bill pay even easier. With direct deposit I set up your payments and don't have to think about it. Every time I go in I'm greeted with a smile and receive professional and friendly service. Thank you SCU
PROFESSIONALLY Kind & Patient service during each visit to my SCU in Puyallup!
I get that I am a new member and there is a waiting period to make certain transactions. But a 7 day hold on a payroll checked is a little extreme and the only reason I had to deposit my PAPER paycheck is because SCU has a waiting period for direct deposit as well. These things were NOT told to me when I opened a new account or setup my direct direct. That's one of the issues.
