Every time I go to the Puyallup branch I get exceptional customer service. This time Ryan helped me & he was amazing & so helpful!
Absolutely terrible experience. Tried to deposit some cash to pay rent in ATM and machine takes my money says I deposited nothing and that’s it. I call immediately panicking and of course they can’t do anything till the next day and can only call me while I’m at work. Now my rent is late. Also the customer service agent gave me no claim number or email or anything to follow up. I am sick with anger. I do not suggest this bank for anyone. Their ATMS are obsolete and customer service is terrible.
Savun was fantastic in helping me get a small loan so I could purchase a car. 10/10 service
I've always had good friendly customer service at this branch using it as a shared branch location. Now I will also enjoy the benefits of membership with the new savings account. I only utilize Credit Unions and avoid all corporate banks.
