I've been a member of Sound CU for many years. It is rare that I have to go into the branch unless I am using it for specific purposes such as getting a loan which I did a couple of days ago. The employees are always welcoming, the branch is clean and signing off on documents is relatively easy. Lastly, it is not as filled with requirements to get a good savings or loan rate as many CUs are now wanting so many debit card transactions to get the best rates. Opening my checking and savings account with Sound credit union was a breeze. The application went smooth and all my options for different accounts and their benefits were explained in detail to me. After setting me up with these accounts we talked about my financial goals and I am now set up with a financial advisor to start planning for early retirement!
This branch is the best. Anytime I need something, they provide! Their service is incredible. 5 stars for sure!
