Professional and amazing service
Before today, I truly thought Sound was a really good credit union. After being verbally abused by the bank manager CRYSTAL CHENEY, through her condescending tone, rhetoric and mannerisms. Over-talking me, Challenging me and then TARA GACKE decided to chime in and tell me i need to listen as if I was a child. And yes.. 2 past their prime, entitled white women decided to escalate all this based off a question. It's crazy to still have to experience racism stemming from ignorance and pride.
