I'm a bit confused with this. So whenever I have come to this bank specifically I always get a higher interest rate quote than if I were to go to another sound credit 🤔 for a loan I wanted to get for just 1000$ I was quoted some ridiculous amount for interest, and now I went to the branch in Bonney Lake and got a quote for less percent than fingers on one hand. So whenever I need something I do not go to this branch in Lakewood. Not sure why I'm quoted differently at the same brand 🤔

So when ever I need someone I do not go to this branch in lakewood.
Only at this branch are they so limited in what they can do. Came in today to follow up on formal request made yesterday on getting a personal check hold taken off since I deposited it on Monday the holiday and the teller asked the manager who denied it. I’ve written the same types of checks and deposited/cashed these in this branch multiple times.
