Years ago I was impressed w this bank but this location is always busy and does not help or offer solutions these last 2 years. It’s a sad situation when you’re the POA and trustee and all the hoops that have to be jumped through just to help your client. Once gymnastics are complete no personal call with follow up or how can we assist? It feels cold and non trusting.
