We just recently refinanced both our vehicles through sound , we worked with Luchia, who we would highly recommend! She was very thorough about explaining out options and went above and beyond to make sure we were heading in the right direction financially! We will be back to work with her specifically!!!!
The staff in Kent is very friendly and helpful. I just wish they'd offer the Zelle service. They've been talking about offering it soon since last year, but nothing yet. They finally fixed their ATM machine which was out of service for months. If Zelle is not offered by end of this year, I'm switching to another credit union.
Don’t waste your time with this company! It is now the SECOND DAY IN A ROW they have locked my account when I try to pull money out of their atm. It’s absolutely ridiculous how they randomly lose information on accounts, their ATM often doesn’t work, you have to put up with way too much attitude, they have zero customer support and you have to wait and hope that they work out their problems so you can access your own money!!! Look elsewhere, save yourself time and headache
I saw an ad for debt consolidation on the sound credit union app and decided to do further research knowing I could definitely take advantage of that. I filled out the necessary form and within a few minutes, I received a called from Luchia. She was one of the nicest, helpful and professional customer service representative that I had dealt with that day.
