Been trying to get someone on phone for over 2 hours. All I get is insipid music a some one will be with you shortly. Been a member for 30 + years but have been more and disappointed in service in recent years.
Josh, a customer service representative, assisted me with a withdrawal and a question about an internal bank transfer. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The bank transfer question took a little longer than either of us expected, but after asking me if I had some time, and I replied yes, Josh went above and beyond to research and retrieve the information I needed. We just recently refinanced both our vehicles through sound , we worked with Luchia, who we would highly recommend!
