Staff on hand was very pleasant and friendly. the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to explain it in terms that I could understand very pleasant experience.
Love this location. I have been helped by Tyler Reygers multiple times and I have always gotten exceptional service. Tyler goes above and beyond to explain the process, make sure all the issues I came in for are taken care of and always askes if there is anything more I need. I never feel rushed or like I am a nuisance. Tyler is very professional and also kind. We need more people like him in the world.
Extremely disappointed in this branch. I’ve been a loyal member for over 6 years, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a credit union. Rebecca, the manager, was not only rude but flat-out refused to let me file a formal complaint after the branch mishandled my information and submitted a dispute incorrectly. Because of their mistake, I lost $400, wasted hours of my time on calls and visits, and dealt with the stress of trying to fix a problem they created. In one word: “Limited.” Accessibility, knowledge, and support at this branch feel lacking. While other branches have handled shared banking — including business transactions — without issue, this location could not. If you need shared banking, I recommend visiting a branch with the expertise to fully assist you. For me, WSECU on 176th was able to complete my request with no problem.
