Janet is the most knowledgeable and professional I have come across. While dealing with the death of my husband, she walked me through the process with compassion and professionalism. Something I didn’t received from my other banks. Sound Credit Union is by far the best with people like Janet.
Their drive up ATM literally never works. Can deposit things, or switch money around, but you can never withdrawal. Would be nice to have a working atm in Graham.
I always have a very good experience at this location. Shauna Keser helped my husband and I with a multi tasked issue and she took care of everything in a very friendly and efficient manner without any issues. Shauna is very polite, kind, professional and gets you in and out and on your way so you can continue with the rest of your day. I highly recommend Sound Credit Union, especially this location and highly recommend Shauna Keser.
Staff on hand was very pleasant and friendly. the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to explain it in terms that I could understand very pleasant experience.
Love this location. I have been helped by Tyler Reygers multiple times and I have always gotten exceptional service. Tyler goes above and beyond to explain the process, make sure all the issues I came in for are taken care of and always askes if there is anything more I need. I never feel rushed or like I am a nuisance. Tyler is very professional and also kind. We need more people like him in the world.
