Excellent credit union. Easy to apply for an account, online or in person. Great for a busy person.
TLDR folks: deceptive client-facing staff, damaged my credit, extremely disappointed, one-star. Don’t use the credit and loan advising services here. I’m not sure if credit staff are incentivized per application or what, but they do not have your best interests at heart. At best they will yes-man you, at worst they will damage your credit. I initially wrote a great review for this bank when I first got it but honestly it hasn’t been the greatest experience now that I’ve had it for a year now. The ATM is always broken, I had fraud on my card and the bank didn’t reverse the charges or refund my account which I’ve never had an issue with at Chase bank or BECU. I’m probably going to switching to another bank.
This process was so easy from start to finish, and Kate was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive in all of her emails. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how quickly she answered questions and kept us updated throughout the process. Because of such a great experience, I’m now looking into bringing all of our auto loans over as well.
