I’ve had issues with my debit card where transactions were processed that I did not authorize. What’s most concerning is that the card was secure and not physically used, yet charges still went through. Now the same thing has happened with my wife’s debit card as well. I expected better fraud protection and clearer answers during the investigation.
Everyone at this branch is so wonderful. I have worked with the Assistant Manager Ashley a handful of times and she is so great. I appreciate all they do and their genuine kindness and respect.
