Great service except.for the separate steps needed to deposit coins
It is so nice to have a bank you fell appreciated and not just another banker! Every time you walk in the door you're greeted and asked what they can do for you. Sound Credit Union Bank has been a pleasure to have in my 80 yrs. of life. Thank You!
I’m an 82-year-old retiree. Ashley Knee was very helpful and friendly and assisted me with some questions about my CD accounts. Kristina Hepner also joined in and used the deposit insurance calculator on the computer to show me exactly how my accounts are covered. Am very satisfied and happy and will continue recommending the South Sound Credit Union location in Bonney Lake.
