The automated and online system keeps getting worse and worse. There's no reason I should have to change my password as often as I do just to be told every single one I put in has already been used when I never had to change it for years.
I have been a member for about three years. All staff are polite and knowlegable. On the phone or in person, iv always had a positive experience. Quick and reliable. What more could you ask for? Thanks, Sound is the best.
