There's nothing more to say they are the best
We left our previous bank about twenty years ago and chose Sound Credit Union as our current bank and have been very pleased with them ever since. We have all our banking needs met through Sound and have been very happy with them since we started with them!! I have recommended them to quite a few others as a great place to bank!! Kudos to Matt who helped us after we got scammed badly by some crooked bad guys!! He was patient and kind and helped us get things straightened out and we for sure stuck with Sound Credit Union!!! Great as a brick and mortar, staff is very kind and friendly. However, have ways to go for better online banking, as someone who works in tech and having come from ICCU it's a big switch. Sound Credit Union online banking is not simplistic and elegant as it can be, definitely a gap between in person and online.
