I’ve been coming for years the tellers are all amazing. I feel like I should have followed my instinct to deposit cash at my regular bank branch. It was treated like play money here. It’s hard earned money and I knew I should have recounted it. So bummed out.
BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS BANK FOR MANY MANY YEARS. TODAY WHEN I WALKED IN MARISOL TOOK A NOTE OF MY ACCOUNT, MADE A CHANGE IN LESS TIME THAN IT TAKES TO TYPE ABOUT IT, AND CREATED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO RECEIVE INTEREST VIA A MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT. HER PERSONAL ATTENTION WAS IMPRESSIVE, NOT PUSHY, AND VERY WELCOME. I LOVE MY LOCAL CREDIT UNION. FYI THE PHONE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING & UP IN BELLINGHAM.
