They have helped us--on both sides of the coin--when we needed to borrow money and when we needed competitive interest rates on money market funds. The people at the branch are good to work with.

Ms Volanda Franklin at the Auburn Sound Credit Union did a fantastic job for me on the 20th of June 2025. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in attempting to refinance my car which was financed through another credit union. She got that done then also suggested I refinance the credit card I had with them. The interest rate on the other credit card was over 17%. The new rate on the loan with my car was 7.2%.
