Horrible experience do not deal with this bank
The staff at this location are always super friendly, super knowledgeable, and quick to work with.
Every time I am trying to use a ATM it doesn't work.
The tellers in the Auburn branch have always been pleasant to myself and my wife. Had some difficulty for awhile in allowing my wife to simply make a payment on my vehicle loan. This was allowed a few times and until we were advised by a teller to add her to my account and she was provided with a card to present when paying. About 2 weeks ago she tried and was denied being able to make the payment by a manager named Ian who told her to return with an identification with her new last name as we were just married.
