They opened me an account at the end of their day. They informed me of everything I would need to secure a down payment for my house from their bank. Without them I don't know what I would've done to get a cashiers check on short notice. Thank you Sound CU!
I recently visited this branch to get a replacement debit card and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I forgot my ID at home and simply asked whether there were any alternative ways to verify my identity before making the 10 minute drive back to retrieve it. The staff at this location are always super friendly, super knowledgeable, and quick to work with.
