If I could give negative 5 stars I absolutely would. Financing with this bank for my mortgage has been completely the worst decision ever. It has been one mess after another. If I hit the lottery tomorrow and had to choose between paying off this loan and paying a Ransom I would payoff the loan first just to never have to deal with them again. DO NOT trust them it would be a big mistake.
Horrible experience here, do not get a mortgage with this bank, it has been nothing but problems trying to pay my mortgage, outdated app, and poor customer service.
This branch has treated me so well. Dulcinea Mustin is one of the most professional, attentive, and helpful employees at the University Place branch on Bridgeport. For years now she has seen me through the sale of my practice, professional transitions, personal accounts…she has been such a value to my banking experience. I hope she stays there at least until I retire ….and maybe a little longer. She’s absolutely the best.
When I first moved to Washington, this was the bank I had my eye on using as I always prefer local banking, was very glad my expectations were exceeded! Kind staff all around and always an easy experience doing business!
