Recently opened an account at the Port Ludlow Branch for my small business. They have been over-the-top helpful and willing to work with me as I set up payment accounts from vendors and mayors. Pamela and Lisa, in particular, were exceedingly friendly and helpful.
I have been using this bank for almost 8 years. Throughout those years the staff have always been great. They seem to be very good at hiring people here. Every new staff member I meet are polite and courteous. The fact that they love dogs makes it fun for the dog as well. Biscuits and head rubs. But most importantly, they are serious about being safe and secure. Pamela and May went above and beyond time and time again, helping us with foreign wire transfers, trusts, and many other things. Best service ever!!
May and Lisa helped us deal with a few family accounts. Everything was super fast and efficient. Highly recommended.
