Went into branch to get a cashiers check, Lisa the manager was the only person working this day. She stated she didnt know how to do a cashier check and to go somewhere else. The person I was with shook his head and we left. Lisa is the manager of this branch how can she not know how to do a basic bank function? Recently opened an account at the Port Ludlow Branch for my small business. They have been over-the-top helpful and willing to work with me as I set up payment accounts from vendors and mayors. Pamela and Lisa, in particular, were exceedingly friendly and helpful.
I have been using this bank for almost 8 years. Throughout those years the staff have always been great. They seem to be very good at hiring people here. Every new staff member I meet are polite and courteous. The fact that they love dogs makes it fun for the dog as well. Biscuits and head rubs. But most importantly, they are serious about being safe and secure. Pamela and May went above and beyond time and time again, helping us with foreign wire transfers, trusts, and many other things. Best service ever!!
