I had no idea what to expect in the Egg. It was a gift from a friend and she went with me. I had to keep reminding myself to be intentional in my thoughts and relax in the experience. Kimberly made that easy to do. My session in the Egg was unbelievable. In the beginning my mind was racing and I reminded myself to settle....The past 2 nights I have slept better than I have in MONTHS. I don't know what it means exactly, but I have felt "zen" - not really disturbed about things. I will definitely be going back!
Kim's loving and caring presence creates an uplifting and safe space for deep transformation. My Brainspotting and Biofield Tuning sessions with her were deeply healing. I highly recommend Kim's services to anyone who would like to experience transformation in their body, mind and spirit.
