Sound Bank used to be a great bank. As they have gotten bigger they have gotten worse. I don't like the new bill pay that they have chosen to use, it is not very user friendly. The old one was much easier to use. I am at my wit's end because I really used to like this bank, unfortunately I have to make a decision on whether I continue to use them or go in search of a better bank.
