Wonderful and unique sound bath experience suspended in the silk hammock. I really enjoyed the experience and the next day I felt so grounded and calm. Lia and Karla are a great team! I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.
My Sound Bath experience with Dr Carl and Lia was outstanding. I have attended many sessions like this but I have to say this one was second to none. In fact, 24 hours later and I'm still feeling my energy shifting and moving through me. Very healing! Just what I needed. So peaceful, soft, nurturing, cozy and loving in the most magnificent setting. Absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you!
The "new year resolution" meditation was wonderful! Such an neat idea to use the "flying sheets of paper"!
This was a very unique and relaxing experience. The setting is on a small working farm that is is beautifully maintained. The room is very well ventilated with a muted colour lights and sound very gentle in the senses. The option is to lie in a hammock or on a mat on the floor. I chose the hammock which is gently rocking so it’s like being in your own cocoon with gentle sounds from crystal bowls drumming percussive instruments moving you through a healing and tranquil space. Well worth the time.
