Called to ask if they had availability, was told we can come in 10 minutes. They didn't take our details and hung up. We arrived in 10 mins. None inside to greet us or any note to say massage in progress. We waiting 10 mins until someone else rocked up, impolitely asking what we're here for. We told we called but apparently someone had walked in after our call and had taken our spot. Complete waste of our time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER The worst massage/ facial experience of my nans life ever! she ordered a facial and a head and shoulder massage, instead was told “not to talk”! while having her entire body squeezed and roughly grabbed, she was in so much pain! when she had yelped in pain and yet the lady still continued on hurting her.
