Offer services you actually provide. Pretty simple. Ruined our Valentine’s Day plans. Booked a Couples Massage online. Come to find out the day before that when booking a COUPLES MASSAGE PACKAGE, it doesn’t book it for two people. But that’s not the worst of it. Come to find out that the location I booked for the “couples massage”, doesn’t even OFFER couples massage rooms there!! RecommendedI went for a mani/pedi the other day. This personal time was so needed after being with the family with all this COVID 19 CRAP. Bailey was wonderful. My feet feel and look Fabulous. Julie was also Fabulous. My hands and nails are great. The rest of the staff was friendly. The atmosphere is great.
Everytime I go to the Spa Club I have amazing results! You really get phenomenal service for a really good price!
