Kim is extremely encouraging and is your cheerleader you know you can count on. She is very knowledgeable and goes deeper than the usual nutrition and exercise to reach your goals. She looks at the why, the mindset and for me, this is even more important. She doesn’t stop learning herself and that plays a huge part in her drive to help others.
Kim has been great with helping me set some new fitness and nutrition goals. There is never any pressure to make changes I'm not ready for, but she definitely keeps me accountable! Plus, she's just a great person and coach to talk with and get ideas from. I highly recommend her to anyone ready to start making some wellness changes in their own life.
