Kim is extremely encouraging and is your cheerleader you know you can count on. She is very knowledgeable and goes deeper than the usual nutrition and exercise to reach your goals. She looks at the why, the mindset and for me, this is even more important. She doesn’t stop learning herself and that plays a huge part in her drive to help others.
