I was referred to Soulshine by someone close to me. They had nothing but good things to say about their experience. They were 100% right. Shari makes you feel very comfortable and her vibe is infectious. My young son has opened up to her about his feelings and struggles. She has good techniques that help him express & handle things he's experiencing. The sessions are very beneficial for myself as well. The both of us leave feeling lighter and refreshed.

Amazing place, has helped my 10 yr old so much with her social anxiety and her confidence. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend it to anyone with kids that have anxiety and low esteem.
