I have taken 3 Rest and Restore classes at Soul Science. They were all wonderful. I’ve been in many yoga and Pilates classes before, but never in this type of class. It was equal parts stretching and short meditations. The staff was warm and approachable, but also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
I went to my first Pilates class today. I was surprised there weren’t other people in the class, just me, but then again it was lunchtime on a Friday. Everyone was very nice and made me feel at ease at once. I met the instructor Nancy and she greeted me with a very kind face and smile. Even though I was a bit late because my Waze took me in the wrong direction, Nancy said we could go a few minutes over if she could. I've taken a variety of Yoga classes at SoulScience and love everything about it! I love how calming the room is with ambient, soft lights, the instructors are experienced and always make you feel welcome. It's a new, super clean and tidy location. I know the Director, Brenna, who also teaches classes and love how she radiates great energy, and always leaves a nugget of motivation and optimism after each class. Grateful for this new Wellness Center!
