Sonya is amazing! Every time I goto her, I feel wonderful! I’ve had energy work done and a Thai Yoga Massage. They both were very refreshing & helpful in dealing with my issues at the time. Sonya has also helped me get more motivated to take care of myself. I highly recommend Soul’s Quest Yoga! It’s not just yoga, and I cannot wait to try a class!
