A year ago I came to see Ann on numerous and very peacefully pleasant occasions. I also had a session with Jess. I cannot thank Ann and the approach of soul based therapy enough for changing my life and empowering me to have a much more positive outlook. I have been able to build a new level of resilience and would recommend this practice to anybody who wanted to grow and heal.
I have only had one session with Ann and I walked away feeling so much better and I am really excited to continue our sessions. Ann is a beautiful lady with lots of knowledge and I would highly recommend booking an appointment if you find normal psychologists or counselling sessions don’t work for you.
