Strength 2 Move Sandra is great!!! If you want to get a full body work out... get stronger easily. these are small classes and I'm enjoying the benefits of getting stronger. I'm only showing up once a week! I do have some knee issues, and Sandra knows how to quickly suggest a better choice for movement options. Always new exercises.
Very professional and helpful in getting your life back on track.
